Footage of Sylvain Daigle
Test footage from the Raspberry Pi camera module intended to document the range and extent of the camera’s performance under controlled lighting settings.
Settings measured included sharpness, contrast, ISO, ISO at variable shutter speeds, saturation, and motion artifacts. ISO was tested at increments of 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, and then at 200 with variable shutter speed rates. Other settings were measured from negative -100 values in increments of 25 until a +100 value range with the exception of sharpness, which was measured in increments of 10 from 100 to 50.
Motion artifact testing was performed under a two light setup. The final shot is under a single light setup. All other tests were performed under a standard three-point lighting setup.
